I wanted to make a post about apps that can help you relax even during a huge meltdown.
Here’s what I found:
Happify is a cool app! It’s free, but you can unlock a premium version through in-app purchases. It gives you activities to help you regulate your emotions.
This app helps you begin practicing guided meditation.
This app allows you to “think better and feel stronger”! It’ll offer you tips about how to cope with what you’re experiencing and give you a safe place to journal.
- Coloring Apps
Coloring is a great way to relax! The low tech version, of course, is to bust out some Crayolas and paper. But if you’re on the go, there’s plenty of apps with intricate designs for adults to enjoy. Here’s my favorite coloring app.
- 7 Cups of Tea
Do you need someone to talk to? Choose from a wide variety of listeners and chat with them!
